Last updated: 3 July 2026
These Terms of Use apply to the Razor's Edge Personal Training website operated by Richard Kerr-Phillips.
By using this website, you agree to these terms. Coaching purchases and ongoing coaching arrangements are also subject to the separate Coaching Terms.
1. Website information
The website provides general information about:
- online coaching;
- in-person personal training;
- strength and powerlifting coaching;
- nutrition guidance;
- GoodLift;
- coaching applications;
- client results.
I try to keep website information accurate and current, but information may occasionally be incomplete, outdated or unavailable.
2. No medical advice
Information on this website is general fitness and coaching information. It is not medical, physiotherapy, psychological, dietetic or other regulated health advice.
You should obtain appropriate professional advice before beginning exercise or making significant changes to your training or nutrition, particularly if you have an injury, health condition, symptoms, concerns or medical restrictions.
Do not disregard professional medical advice because of anything published on this website.
3. No guaranteed result
Client examples and transformation results describe individual experiences. They do not guarantee that another person will achieve the same outcome.
Results depend on factors including consistency, starting point, training effort, nutrition, recovery, health, adherence and circumstances outside my control.
4. Coaching applications
Submitting an application does not guarantee acceptance.
I may decline an application where:
- I do not believe the service is an appropriate fit;
- the required coaching is outside my scope;
- capacity is unavailable;
- safe participation requires assessment or clearance from another professional;
- the applicant has supplied incomplete or misleading information.
5. Pricing and availability
Prices and availability displayed on the website may be updated.
The price and service terms confirmed when your coaching arrangement is accepted will apply to that arrangement, subject to any later change agreed or notified in accordance with the Coaching Terms and New Zealand law.
6. Intellectual property
Unless otherwise stated, the website's original text, layout, branding, training resources, graphics, programme material and other content belong to Richard Kerr-Phillips or are used with permission.
You may view and print reasonable extracts for personal use.
You must not, without written permission:
- reproduce or republish substantial website content;
- copy or resell training material;
- use the branding in a misleading way;
- scrape or systematically extract website content;
- modify or commercially exploit website material;
- claim my content or programme systems as your own.
7. Client material
Client photographs, testimonials and transformation material remain subject to the rights of the people shown or quoted and must not be copied, republished or used for another purpose without permission.
8. Third-party services and links
The website may link to GoodLift, WhatsApp, payment providers, social platforms, gyms or other third-party services.
Those services are controlled by their respective providers. Their availability, security, terms and privacy practices are not under my control.
9. Website availability
I may modify, suspend or discontinue parts of the website for maintenance, security, technical or business reasons.
I do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free website access.

12. Privacy
Personal information collected through the website is handled in accordance with the Privacy Policy.
13. Changes
