An evidence-led coach who still competes
I'm Richard Kerr-Phillips. I bring twelve years of coaching, an MSc in Sports, Exercise and Human Performance, and international powerlifting experience to every programme — and I've coached clients from their very first session through to the international stage.

How much does online coaching cost?
Online coaching is $69 per week, with an initial eight-week commitment and then week to week after that.
Do I need to be experienced or already fit?
No. Plenty of clients start having never trained seriously. You don't need to be an athlete — you just need to want meaningful progress and be willing to train consistently.
What do I get each week?
Individualised programming in GoodLift, weekly support from me via WhatsApp, technique and lifting-video feedback, ongoing nutrition guidance, and adjustments as you progress.
Is nutrition included?
Ongoing nutrition guidance is included. If you'd like a fully prepared personalised meal plan, that's an optional $99 once-off.
Where is in-person coaching?
At Chop Shop Barbell Club in Stanmore Bay, Whangaparāoa / Hibiscus Coast.
